In this International role, you will build relationships with International customers and close commercial deals. As Sales Manager Titanium dioxide and iron oxide, you will operate all over Europe in the coatings, plastics & inks market.
You will be directly responsible for all multinationals and any key accounts. Medium & smaller customers are done by distributors. Your job as Sales Manager is to manage these distributors.
You convert opportunities into business and meet customer needs. You are responsible for developing new accounts and managing and growing the turnover of your products at existing accounts. Kuncai Europe is headquartered in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands, but you are free to work (mostly) remotely. This office is responsible for Business in Europe, Middle East and Africa. You report to the General Manager of Kuncai Europe B.V. based in Apeldoorn. International travel and working with other cultures will be part of your job.

Profiel kandidaat
You are a team-player who takes initiative in building relations with customers as well as direct colleagues. You are communicatively strong and know how to convince customer and distributor with your enthusiasm. You have a good sense of cultural differences and know how to be disciplined. Your results-oriented approach helps drive the company forward. In addition you have:
• You have a Bachelor degree and sales experience in the coatings, plastic or inks market
• You have experience with sales of titanium dioxide and/or iron oxide
• Willingness to travel (50%) within Europe
• Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written. French or German is a plus
