Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction which is seen as a team achievement. Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, providing the right follow-up, all while maintaining a customer-friendly attitude, is second nature to you.

Qualifications
- Bachelor working and thinking level
- Relevant experience in a Customer Service role
- Computer skills, preferably already (some) experience working with ERP
- Ability to help us continuously improve our overall communication and our service
- Preferably fulltime availability (40hrs) (hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home) with a minimum of 32 hours.
- Prior experience in a customer service-order management position is required
- Prior experience with logistics/warehousing is a plus
- Living in or near Amsterdam
