Key Account Manager Central & South Europe

we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager for the Central East & South Europe region. You will manage and grow relationships with their Tier 1 and 2 customers in the sports, health and nutritional supplements industry. You have a strong strategic mindset, a deep understanding of the market, and the ability to leverage insights to drive business success. You are willing to actively contribute to the further professionalization of the sales department. Their culture values team efforts, and your best practices can significantly impact the ways of working for other teams. You can see the strong team focus in the multidisciplinary set-up of teams, bringing together colleagues from customer service, QA, and applications around a product or part of the portfolio. It is a hybrid position; in a full-time contract, you will work three days in the office.
Profiel kandidaat
Your Profile
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures. You are used to strategic account planning and value-based selling. In this position you will need excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and reporting skills, with effective project and time management capabilities.
Qualifications
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Business or Marketing with experience in the food ingredients industry
- You are fluent in Italian or Spanish and English
- Proven experience in value selling and new business development.
- It is a plus if you bring a network of clients and relations within the CEE & SE region, specifically in sports and nutritional supplements.
- You have a deep understanding of the functional ingredients industry, including market trends and customer needs.
- You have a strong sales acumen and strategic mindset, with demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting tools.
